The Company has Bitcoin mining data center operations in central Texas, Bitcoin mining operations in central Texas, and electrical switchgear engineering and fabrication operations in Denver, Colorado. Whinstone U.S. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Riot Blockchain and consists of the single largest Bitcoin mining and hosting facility in North America, as measured by its 750 MW in developed capacity. Riot currently has a deployed hash rate capacity of 4.6 EH/s utilizing approximately 136 megawatts (MW) of energy.
